We provide facilities, maintenance, and infrastructure support services, including but not limited to: metal fabrication, steel work, gates/fencing/barriers, grounds compliance, construction, paving, electrical work, winter services, specialist cleaning, and proactive/reactive maintenance.

Services are provided according to the specifications agreed upon in our quotation or contract.
3. Quotations and Payment

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice, unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate per annum, applied daily until payment is received in full.
4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the site.

Clients are responsible for informing us of any hazards, site restrictions, or special requirements.

Any materials, information, or equipment supplied by the client must be safe and fit for purpose.
5. Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from our services.

Our total liability for direct loss or damage shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, supply chain issues, or third-party contractors.
6. Health & Safety

We operate under strict UK health and safety standards and are SafeContractor accredited.

Clients must comply with all health and safety requirements relevant to our work.
7. Intellectual Property

Any content, reports, drawings, or images produced by Grey Ellie Works remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use such materials solely for the purpose intended and agreed upon.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated in writing.

Notice period: At least 48 hours for minor services; 7 days for larger projects.

Fees may apply for short-notice cancellations or changes, as specified in the contract or quotation.
9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
